Terri Wilfong, SHRM-CP creates value by assisting clients in the areas of strategic human resource planning, incentive plan design, employee relations, union relations, training and development, human resources set up, and administration. She brings more than 20 years of management experience with a strong background in benefits administration, workers’ compensation, unemployment, FMLA, drug-free workplaces, transitional work programs, and safety training.
Terri graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology specializing in Human Resources. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds the SHRM-CP certification.
