Mike Hoffman is a seasoned veteran with over 20 years of experience in the Staffing Industry. His unwavering commitment to excellence and passion for talent development have been instrumental in shaping the company's trajectory. Mike has served in Director-level roles for multiple staffing companies. Mike began his career at a Big 4 public Accounting firm, Deloitte and he spent over six years in the Audit practice of the firm. He is a CPA (Inactive). Mike is very involved in the Northeast Ohio Human Resource community. He is on the Boards for both Cleveland SHRM and the Cleveland SHRM Foundation.

Steve Baucher, a business development dynamo with a Master's in Urban Planning, Design, and Development, complements Mike's expertise with his innate ability to identify and cultivate successful partnerships. His experience in the intricate world of staffing has provided him with a deep understanding of the industry's dynamics, enabling him to navigate challenges and seize opportunities with finesse.
